Careers Webquest - Task 2 - Job Interest Surveys

Now that you know a little more about yourself, we will take at least 2 different job interest surveys to help us find good fits for our personality and skills. By the end of this task, you will have a list of 10 potential careers to research.

 

Step 1:

Go to the CareerZone and and complete the interest survey. Complete half of the Career Interest Worksheet that is included in your packet as indicated including adding 5 potential careers to the list on the bottom of the worksheet. The CareerZone site also has links to details on various jobs. In Task 3 you will be exploring 2 jobs in detail, so if you see a job that looks interesting, it would be a good idea to print out the details. It will save you some searching later.
 
Step 2:
Go to the FunWorks and and complete the interest survey. Complete the other half of the Career Interest Worksheet that is included in your packet as indicated including adding 5 potential careers to the list on the bottom of the worksheet. The Funworks site also has links to details on various jobs. In Task 3 you will be exploring 2 jobs in detail, so if you see a job that looks interesting, it would be a good idea to print out the details. It will save you some searching later.
